Do I Need A WordPress Website To Join?
Yes. Both ESSENTIALS and COMPLETE plans require a WordPress website in order to provide maintenance and update support.

What Types Of Website Updates Are Included?
Your plan includes up to one hour per month of minor WordPress updates, such as small text edits, image replacements, and light page adjustments. Updates that affect the overall structure, layout, or functionality of your website are not included and will be quoted separately.
How Do I Submit Website Update Requests?
All website update requests are submitted by emailing our webmaster, where they are automatically logged into our ticketing system. This allows us to confirm receipt, provide an estimated completion timeframe, track requests clearly, and communicate updates efficiently.
What Happens If My Website Needs More Than One Hour Of Updates?
If a request exceeds the included one hour or falls outside the scope of minor updates, we will provide a quote at $49 per hour and request approval before proceeding.
Is Marketing Strategy Included In My Monthly Plan?
Marketing strategy is not included in the monthly plans unless explicitly stated. However, all members may book a One-Hour Marketing Strategy Session as an optional add-on. Sessions are available at a member rate of $250 per hour.
What Is The 15-Minute Monthly Review Session Used For?
The 15-minute Monthly Review Session is designed for clarification and guidance only. It is used to review website questions, clarify update requests, or discuss next steps. It does not include marketing strategy planning or implementation.
What Is AI Marketing Explained™?

Is There A Trial Period?
Currently, no standalone trials are being offered for either plan. However, if you have purchased a Simply Branded or Market, Profit & Grow package, a trial period of Marketing & Maintenance is included.
Are There Long-Term Contracts?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
